Hi Adam, This is such a wonderful way to follow you through all your travels --next best thing to being there! I'm so excited we will be seeing you in a few months in Brazil. Take a speed course in Portuguese so you can translate there for us too. :-) I love reading about all the adventures but especially about your feelings as you explore the continent and meet new people, and even how it is travling by yourself at times. I really miss you very much but know this is an experience of a lifetime at the right time in your life! Enjoy every minute, stay safe and healthy. Hugs, Mom

Hello Adam,
This is the first time I look at your website...how nice it is to read your experience and your feelings... I really like your last message on the 3rd of January. What can I say? Just I do recognise few things I felt during my trip. maybe it was only for one month, maybe I did not travel much...but from my own experience, I could feel what you said..I am glad i can read your messages..that reminds me so many things from there.. how much I miss this part of the world..I do not know anything about it finally..but I am just dreaming about going there again..there is not one day without thinking about it..there is not a day without dreaming about going there for a while...and when I read your text, I imagine myself in South America doing the same things, feeling the same things, sharing and discovering their cultures, feeling sometimes lonely and most of time happy, meeting many people. I miss it. how the people were nice, how the landscape was amazing, how the strangers and foreigners I met can suddenly become sweet people who I will remember...this kind of experience just makes me realize how people can have nothing and give everything,...how this is nice to wake in the morning and that the first thing I could see were these faboulous mountains...I am back in Europe, back in my routine, in cities with stressed people...and I look everyday for the person who will answer me with a smile on the face, who will put a smile on my face, the person who will be relax and take the time to enjoy and look around... since I am back, I dream about coming back to find what i found...just to smile when I open my eyes in the morning, when I close them in the evening...maybe I loved it so much because that was one month...but i deeply think that i loved it because i simply found there what i was looking for, people to give my friendship, children to give my love to and would give me their one..have a safe trip, carry on writing, carry on making me dream about this world... Happy New Year!

I'm enjoying reading your posts every time there is an update. It's a good thing that you're keeping this documented, sort of your journal, so one day you just might write that great novel that I know you have in you. You can put me in the acknowledgements for encouraging you to write. Enjoy every minute - drink it all in! Love, Aunt Linda

Hello Adam! Having some time off, I was able to finally get around to checking out your trip journal. it's great, and fun for us to follow your adventures ---- we'll have to check in more often now. Spencer and Evan got a kick out of it. Judy reported that you are supposed to meet up with Ann and family......maybe that already happened. HAPPY NEW YEAR, whenever and wherever you actually see this message!! We look forward to reading more. Take good care, Rebecca
