Mom and Moyses, going over documents

 Moyses, Mom, and I

After a nice ride up through the mountains we arrived in Teresopolis in the evening. We were met at the bus station by Moyses, yet another family member who we would be meeting for the first time on this trip, yet who my parents had been in touch with for quite a while. We went back to Moyses' house and just sat and chatted for a bit. Later that night we went out to a pizza dinner at a local restaurant, and then came back to the house so mom and dad could get some of the geneology business done.

The next morning we had breakfast at home, and mom and dad continued to take hundreds of photos of old documents and pictures that Moyses still has from his old family members. We were going to see "God's Finger", an oddly-shaped large and pointy mountain in Teresopolis, but the weather was overcast and rainy so we wouldn't have been able to see all of it. Instead we got some coffee in a mall, said goodbye to Moyses, and took an early afternoon bus back to Rio.
